1960s Vintage Art Deco Design floor lamp, a modern creation attributed to Mazzega, the structure in polished nickel, of iconic 1920s flared organic shape, is composed of a stem supporting a dome, like a blooming flower, in frosted Murano glass with a variegated pattern that makes it similar to alabaster. Rewired for the US, it gives plenty of light as fitted with 6 Edison sockets and a floor foot switch. Diameter of base: 14”.
The piece presents some scratches under the top and the pole that are not visible overall because of the reflections of the polished nickel. Some scratches and a nick on the base as per image. Originally part of a pair, the matching one has been acquired for the TV series: And Just Like That…
